ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Procurement/Data Administrator to join their Birmingham based headquarters team. Reporting to the Master Production Scheduler, your responsibilities will be the management of core administration processors to ensure they are carried out in a timely manner and to a standard expected.
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following;
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Creating and maintaining operational spreadsheets for production and procurement data.
- Working closely with the planner / scheduler to ensure supply issues are resolved immediately.
- Manipulating data from the ERP system (Business Central) into excel spreadsheets.
- Booking production works orders into Business Central.
- Checking reports created from business central for data accuracy.
- Creating and issuing purchase order to suppliers.
- Creating Works Orders.
- Order reconciliation with suppliers.
- Creating graphs and management reports.
- Reporting static data problems to relevant departments.
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with ERP system (Business Central).
- Experience of working within a supply chain environment.
As a supply chain administrator, you will receive training and be working under supervision to develop skills in transactional activities within the department. You will be supporting the scheduling team in their supply chain duties.
37 hours per week, fixed days
Monday – Thursday - 07:30-16:00
Friday - 07:30 -12:30
