Experienced Window Fitter

My client is looking to recruit an window fitter to work as part of a small team in the Preston area.

Initially this would be a temporary position covering a sickness period but this could change depending on the candidate.

You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be expected to represent the company in a polite and professional manner at all times.

You will be working in clients homes on a day to day basis so excellent customer service skills are essential.

Ideally, you will have your own transport allowing you to get to the companies location and to individual jobs depending on the companies site location on that day.

You will have previous experience in fitting UPVC Windows and Doors and your own hand tools are also essential for this position. You will have previous experience of working at heights using either ladders and scaffolding and you will be expected to act responsibly at all times when working in this environment.

We would also consider candidates from a general building background with some fitting experience in previous positions and a desire to learn.
