QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
- Promote a safety-first culture through toolbox talks, risk assessments, and daily checks.
- Conduct and lead investigations into incidents or near-misses, implementing root cause analysis and follow-ups.
- Ensure all equipment, PPE, and machinery are maintained to a safe, compliant standard.
- Work alongside the QHSE team to ensure audits, policies, and training are delivered effectively.
