As a Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the billing process for our telecom services, ensuring precision and promptness in invoicing, addressing billing discrepancies, and fostering seamless collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities of a Billing Coordinator:
Your main duties will include but not limited to:
- Process daily CDRs from supplier portals and seamlessly integrate them into the billing system.
- Address rejections on the billing platform to ensure accurate passing of charges onto customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of charge queries, conduct billing checks, and perform related activities.
Skills and Experience:
As a Billing Coordinator, you should possess:
- Minimum of 1 year of billing experience (preferably in telecoms or finance).
- Proficiency in Abillity/Union Street (experience preferable).
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-centric attitude.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that elevate the customer experience.
