Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in recruitment and learning the fundamentals of candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.

The Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice will work closely with our recruitment team, assisting in identifying and engaging with potential candidates to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for identifying talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and resume databases.
  • Review and screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability, gather relevant information, and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective job descriptions and job postings that attract qualified candidates.
  • Support the coordination of interviews, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and preparing interview materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Send various messages to new clients highlighting our services and passing on leads to the Recruitment Manager
  • Create content for company social media accounts
