IT Implementation Engineer

To support the continued growth within our clients Implementation team they are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to work within our growing Implementation team. Working as part of the team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects to our customers

IT Implementation Engineer package:

Your duties will include:

Project Delivery (80%)

· Configuration of laptops and desktops to customer specifications.

· Delivering implementation projects to our customers both on and offsite.

· Project handovers to service delivery.

· Training customers on implemented solutions.

· Assisting with the auditing \ onboarding of clients.

Support (20%)

· Support of customers during projects

· Hypercare post project until handover to the service desk.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

· Laptop and desktop deployment

· Microsoft Stack experience include Microsoft 365

· Windows Desktop and Application Support

· Windows Server installation & Configuration

· Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper V)

· Networking - Installation and Troubleshooting

· VOIP Telephony

· Security Experience with MDM, MFA, Email Filtering and antivirus solutions.

· A full UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle will be required for this post.

· An enthusiasm for new technology with an interest in learning about new trends and technology and how they can be applied at a practical level would be advantageous.
