Paint Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proficient Bodyshop Paint Operative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute precise preparation and repainting of motor vehicles. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and diagnose any supplementary faults requiring further repairs. Upholding safety standards and adhering to retailer, manufacturer, and industry protocols are paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough preparation and repainting of motor vehicles with precision and skill.
• Identify and diagnose any additional faults that may require further repair attention.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline processes and deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
• Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to diagnose faults accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Prior experience in automotive painting or a related field is preferred but not required.
