We are currently recruiting for experienced Telesales Claims Associates to join a small but expanding team.
The role consists of working within a call centre environment to work in a primarily outbound-calling sales function, assessing and closing consumers claims delivered via in-house and external leads.
You will have experience of working within a Telesales environment ideally within an Insurance, Personal Injury, Debt Management and/or Financial Services environment.
You must have good computer skills and an attention to detail, as accuracy is very important.
You must be able to work under pressure and to targets.
The working hours are Monday 10.30am to 8pm, Tuesday to Thursday 11.30am to 8pm and Friday 11am to 3pm with the Saturday working on a rota. Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
