Whatever your requirements, we can provide temporary workers for any period
of time. We are flexible and can supply temporary workers for a day, a year,
or anything in between.
For clients requiring a large number of temporary workers, we can provide
an on-site solution. A Workforce consultant or supervisor will be provided
to work at your site. Their sole responsibility will be your temporary workforce
and they will spend the majority of their time at your site, handling interviews,
site tour & supervisor introductions, any issues raised by supervisors
or workers, timesheets, etc. This is a very effective solution, often chosen
by companies requiring a large temporary workforce, due to the level of attention
given to a specific client’s requirements.
For clients who need to cover a skills shortage, we have access to several
skilled engineers, tradespeople and managerial candidates. We have a large
database of people looking for temporary work and can usually find the person
you need very quickly. If you are looking for someone for a period of time
and would like to interview candidates before starting them, we can of course
arrange this, sending you a selection of candidate profiles.
We will work closely with you, carefully establishing what you need form
a temp and basing our candidate search on this. We will not waste our time
and yours by sending you candidates without the necessary skills and experience.
Our temporary workers are telephone screened, interviewed, tested and referenced.
We hold any relevant licences & qualifications on file. We provide any
relevant PPE where required and often arrange to be on site for a worker’s
first day, making supervisor introductions and ensuring that everything runs
smoothly.
We run a weekly payroll for all our temporary workers and send them weekly
wages and payslips, looking after any tax issues, benefit paperwork, student
loans, etc.
Our hourly charges are very competitive and include the holiday pay payments
we make to the temps and the employers national insurance contributions.
Should you decide to employ one of our temporary workers on a permanent
basis, you are welcome to do so and will not usually incur a cost (provided
the worker has been with you for a required number of weeks).
