    Our client is looking to recruit a Graduate office assistant with textiles experience to join their growing organisation. The role would involve planning new ranges, liaising and negotiating with suppliers, analysing sales, stock management, quality control and keeping one step ahead of customer requirements. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, organised, pro-active and positive. The role would suit someone with a good level of confidence and the desire to work within a commercial environment. We would also consider a candidate who is not a graduate providing you have some experience within the textiles environment.     Our client requires an experienced administrator to join their small team. You will assist with all administration and customer service activities, so must have the ability to multi task and work accurately to deadlines. You must have excellent organisational skills, along with the ability to work as part of a small team. Duties include customer care and service; raising and processing sales orders; daily dispatch; invoicing; credit control; mail shots and general sales admin. You must have at least two years solid experience in a similar, office-based role. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

    Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work on site just outside of Preston. You will be working in a busy manufacturing environment and will be required to deliver a high quality administration service across various areas of the business. This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in data entry, weighbridge operation, invoice handling, newsletter preparation along with other office and administration duties. You will be used to working to deadlines, have an organised approach to work and be able to ensure that tasks are carried out accurately. You will be required to prioritise your own workloads and have the confidence to liaise with customers and suppliers at all levels.     A great opportunity to join a forward thinking, award winning company with a really friendly team and some nice benefits. Our client is a fast-growing company, providing a web-based service. They wish to recruit an additional team member to provide support to a growing number of customers. The role will involve both Customer Service / Renewals work (contacting existing customers to provide advice on improving listings and renewing accounts, handling enquiries from people who hold listings on the sites, making changes to listings where required, etc.) and Copywriting (Creating text with a marketing slant for listings, based on either an original website or a brief taken by the sales team). We are interested in hearing from people with a strong customer service background (this could be from part-time roles whilst in education), ideally educated to degree level (minimum A-level equivalent), looking for a role where they can progress in the long term. Though this is not a sales role, and involves no cold calling, any Sales experience / persuasive ability would be a definite advantage, giving you the confidence to talk to customers about renewing their web listing. You will need a good grasp of grammar and should be a strong typist. Additionally, an interest or background in travel / leisure would be an advantage, but is not essential.
