Workforce is a multi-sector recruitment specialist, representing permanent, temporary and contract candidates across several markets.
Founded in 2002, we provide recruitment services throughout the UK, acting in partnership with a diverse range of SMEs and blue-chip clients.

Our People
Each of our consultants works within a specific sub-division. Consequently each consultant has a clear understanding of the marketplace in which they operate and can provide advice to both employers and candidates regarding recruitment in their sector.
We will always provide a main point of contact and, whilst consultants work autonomously, support is always available in the form of a colleague, division manager or director, where required.

Our History
2002
Workforce is established in Blackburn to provide temporary support to companies within Lancashire.
2004
A further support office is established in Preston.
2005
An increase in the number of permanent & senior posts handled by Workforce leads to a shift in focus from Local to National Recruitment.
2006
Commercial Professional & White Collar Industrial/ Engineering/Construction sub-divisions are formally established.
2007
Workforce Technology (IT Recruitment Division) is established to provide Contract & Permanent IT Professionals throughout the UK.
2008
Workforce Technology partner with MDB Consulting to provide a unique vetting service for IT Contractors.
