Advertising can be very expensive (especially if you have to run an advert
more than once) and the time taken to sift through responses, short-list
candidates and interview can often be better spent. We can save you both
money and time.
We will handle every stage of the recruitment process for you, from advertising
and initial telephone screening, to CV selection, interviews and candidate
testing. We will then make final selections, providing a small number of
candidates with relevant skills for you to interview.
This can all be done very quickly – we may already have the ideal
candidate registered on our database – but we will always put quality
first, ensuring that you only see the right people.
We will work closely with you, establishing a job description and person
specification that you are happy for us to work to, and base our candidate
search on this. We will not waste our time and yours by sending you applicants
without the necessary skills and experience.
At no stage are you obliged to interview or employ a candidate we introduce.
We will work with you until you are entirely happy.
Once you have selected a candidate we will provide the offer of employment
and contact any unsuccessful candidates on your behalf.
Our fees are very competitive by comparison with many recruitment companies
and are based on a percentage of the successful candidate’s salary.
Should the candidate leave for any reason within the first 3 months of employment,
we will provide a refund of up to 100% of our fee.
